A Customer Demand Planner with a background in scheduling customer requirements and working closely with operational groups. Managing customer expectations, implement EDI for major contracts, establish and achieve departmental NPI goals. Reporting to the MPandL Director for a major player in the automotive 4 sector with plants in the UK and Europe employing over 700 people.
You must have experience with -
- Managing customer expectations while ensuring the operational teams deliver
- Lead projects that have a positive impact on customer performance
- Develop a collaborative relationships with external and internal customers
- Computer literate Microsoft Word/ Excel, ERP.
The salary range for this role is £40-45,000pa depending on experience with full senior management package.
