Strategic Training Development & Capability Manager – FMCG – South East - £55-68k + ex benefits
A Strategic Training Development & Capability Manager with a solid background in FMCG training strategy and sales force development is required to join a global food and drink company. This position will be responsible for the UK. Office location is London/South East.
You must have experience with:
- Raising performance levels of functional and technical expertise across all areas of sales via optimal training interventions that are excellent, effective and efficient.
- Strategic management of both short and long term capability needs.
- Setting out of sales training delivery agendas whilst directing the team activities to ensure excellent business outcomes.
- Accountable for delivering measurable improvements across all sales channels.
- Leading, inspiring and developing sales capability teams in identifying functional and technical capability gaps and developing appropriate solutions across the UK sales force.
The salary range for this role is £55-68,000pa depending on experience with additional bonuses, car allowance, private medical care plus additional benefits. First stage interviews are due to be taking place late December/early January with a view to starting ASAP. Being educated to a degree level is essential for this role along with relevant work experience as laid out above.
