Are you a programme manager with an automotive background and experience of vehicle build programmes? You will have solid project management skills – using for example PRINCE2 or Six Sigma – and be very familiar with prototype vehicle build and launch activities. This role with a market leading OEM in the West Midlands could be perfect for you.

You will work across the business, working with logistics, engineering, instrumentation and of course the programme team to ensure that the build can be delivered on time. You are responsible for build readiness, including daily start up reviews – so people management skills are essential.

Experience is required in the following areas;

  • Programme and project management – including for example PRINCE 2, Six Sigma etc.
  • Prototype vehicle build and launch – ESSENTIAL
  • Automotive build experience – demonstrable history within the automotive industry ESSENTIAL

A background in the automotive industry particularly with prototype vehicle and general automotive build programmes is an absolute must have. This client is an OEM specialising in luxury and SUV/Off road vehicles based in the West Midlands.
