TRW Automotive Electronics is a world class leader in advanced automotive electronics. It is seeking for its advanced engineering division a software development engineer to work on driver assist systems.  You need experience equivalenet to a minimum of 3 years software writing, debugging and validating, Programming in C/C++ AND Video Signal Processing. This role is sought owing to the ever increasing and current project workload and growing order book and to reinforce the company's position as the world leader in their field.

Essential Requirements:

- BEng/BSc in Computing, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or closely related Science based discipline.
- Embedded C and UML and Matlab/Simulink
- previous experience in s/w design, debug and validation on VIDEO signals
- Confident Client and Supplier facing skills based on your knowledge of EandE technologies and requirements capture ability.
- Possess the will and drive to travel globally as Projects and clients demand across the UK, EU and USA.


You must have experience with,

- Mass Production environments
- Working in Multi-disciplinary teams
- Clear communication skills with external agents, partners, clients and suppliers alike
- writing code for VIDEO processing

- Experience with OpenCV, CUDA/Open CL or ADTE would be highly desirable but not essential.
