Manufacturing Manager-West Midlands: £40-45k

Dynamic growing business with a technical product supplying automotive, rail and aerospace with unique and cost reducing solutions. Volumes vary from one off to high volume. Manufacturing Manager will have a team of 90 covering a three shift system. Reporting to the Operations Director with a strategic input into the business.
- Performed in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Be able to manage growth and a team of 90 people
- Experience of lean and cellular manufacturing
- Have the vision to take the business forward and the ambition to progress.
An unique opportunity within a dynamic environment with great potential for the product and the business. Ideally candidates should have an engineering qualification but above all enthusiasm an d the ability to manage people and the strength of character to implement change. Prospects are exceptional with a starting salary of £40,000-£45,000.
