An Electrical Programme Manager is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in the West Midlands.
Description
Position Description:
Position exists with the Programmes Management Team in Electrical Engineering. This role is for a skilled Programme Engineer working towards the delivery of GPDS programme deliverables and able can represent Electrical Engineering in internal and programme forums. Time will be equally spent between Gaydon and Whitley.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities: Ensure team priorities are established to deliver project GPDS deliverables.
Skills Required:
Represent Electrical in Build planning discussions, BOM validation and Green List process for part level changes.
Skills Preferred:
Coordinate AIMS Status, EFDVS, WERS Releases, PDL responses in support of programme timing objectives.
Details
Experience Required:
Represent Electrical Engineering in Programme Forums and Timing Meetings.
Experience Preferred:
Project Management. Knowledge of whole vehicle electrical systems, AIMs, EFDVS and WERs – desirable.
Education Required:
Ability to interact, present and communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
Education Preferred:
Capable of working in a reactive and pressured environment where rapid turnaround of issues is expected.
