Our client is a leader in design, manufacture and support of world leading turbo chargers and associated equipment.
Due to growth plans a position of Lead Quality Engineer has become available, and as such we welcome applicants who want a fresh challenge, and meet the requirements below
- Lead a team both functionally and operationally
- Lead process improvement teams focused on both product quality improvement and cost of quality reduction initiatives ensuring process capability
- Ensure NPI (new product induction) has a satisfactory delivery to the customer
- Lead and support team and individuals within the operational area in their technical growth
- ead and promote team work
- Provide innovative solutions to quality problems as they arise
- Lead and promote functional, and company standards
- Deputise for the Quality Manager
