Technical Purchasing Engineer

Our client is a leading automotive component manufacturer of BIW components and sunroof assemblies. They are currently looking to recruit a "Technical Engineer-Purchasing"
The Technical Engineer will need to have experience and knowledge of a number of different areas. This will include manufacturing , quality and purchasing. You will also have knowledge of "buy off" within a tooling, design and pressed parts environment.
The successful candidate will needto be:
Apprenticed or graduate engineer with a minimum of 5 years high volume automotive stamping and new model introduction experience (preferred).
Demonstrable level of knowledge and experience in industry (automotive preferred).
Knowledge of specialist or specific HandS topics.
PC literate.
