Provide Financial Controllership over the Product Design and Manufacturing Contract, covering the manufacture factory in Poland.
- Develop Budget, Business Plan and Profit Forecast for the B420 Program.
- Develop Budget at entity-level granularity and forecast added starter costs using EVCS system and surrogate costing.
- Validate Poland Vehicle Supply Prices against Contract, resolve issues and ensure corrections are implemented.
- Model economic and exchange factors affecting vehicle invoice price, analyse Quarterly cost changes by causal factor, and evaluate impact on Vehicle Supply Prices and Profit Forecast under the provisions for price changes in the Vehicle Supply Agreement.
- Establish the effect of volumes changes vs. Contract Reserved Capacity and vs. Budget on fixed cost absorption under the Vehicle Supply Agreement and Contract Side Letter, and calculate the impact on Cost True-Up and Profit Forecast.
- Support integration of causal factor analysis cost reporting into Finance cost reporting system.
- Perform Vehicle Invoice price trend analysis and validate Quarterly Accounting Close against forecast.
- Support Quarterly Cost True-Up process, adjusting for actual cost vs. invoiced cost, reviewing cost evidencing and apportionment and liaising locally with Auto Poland Accounting and Finance staffs.
- Manage Accounting accruals covering True-Up, mark-up and other Contract items.
- Perform a single point of contact role for Auto Poland on Finance and Accounting issues liaising with Ford functional areas as required.
- Perform various ad-hoc studies and management reporting as required

Skills Required:
Fluency in English and Polish languages.

Experience Required:
Self-motivated, able to work without close management supervision and flexible. Proven Accounting and Financial Analysis experience. Computer literate in Microsoft applications. Willingness to travel to Bielsko Biala, Poland, for Quarterly cost true-up reviews.

Education Required:
Graduate or CIMA qualified or equivalent.

Additional Information:
There is little English speaking competency at working level in Poland, and fluency in Polish language is a requirement of this role to support day-to-day interface with the Finance and Accounting team and the quarterly cost reviews on site in Poland.
