A growing aerospace company in the West Midlands has a new requirement for a permanent Programme Manager. The position could also be called Project Manager. The business focuses on the buoyant sector of precision machining. The role is commutable of Coventry, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Stafford and Telford. The position commands a good base salary and health care and pension.
You will be responsible for a major new customer programme and control new product introduction, budgets, resources, risk, quality and programme timings. There will be some travel to the UK customer and suppliers. You will have relevant programme or project management experience in the aerospace or defence sector. Prince 2 experience would be useful as this is used.
