Our client is a prestigious Logistics company who are looking to recruit an Inbound Logistics Co-ordinator.

This role will encompass working as part of a team of 3 Inbound Logistics Coordinators, ensuring that collections and deliveries from suppliers into the contract packers and the warehouse are completed on time and error free.

Key responsibilities include:

• Raising collections on SAP,
• Handling carriers, suppliers and colleagues queries through emails (inboxes), phone or face to face,
• Data entry and document filing,
• Managing ad hoc processes (urgent collections, Stop Call Wait incidents, aged ASN’s clearance, Nil To Collect log, etc. …)

Skills/Experience:

• The successful candidate will have prior experience in a logistics environment.
• The candidate must have strong planning and organising skills, and be able to multi task.
• The candidate must have good telephone manners, be able to work to set daily deadlines and be able to decide on own priorities in order to effectively accomplish tasks.
• The candidate needs to have good attention to detail, take ownership of issues through to completion and show initiative.
• SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
