Toolmaker-1st Tier Automotive Supplier-Permanent Role
Birmingham, West Midlands, England
A permanent role for a skilled Toolmaker with a very busy tier 1 automotive supplier in Birmingham, a fast paced opportunity ideal for a time served Toolmaker in a press environment. We are looking for a person with the following:
- Time served apprentice with experience of working in high volume manufacturing environments (ideally automotive)
- Excellent bench fitting skills who is competent in TIG welding (experience of MIG, plasma cutting or MMA is very advantageous)
- Experience with steel or aluminium
This is a shift based role (3 shift pattern to include nights) and on offer is a good basic salary and shift allowance. The company have been exceedingly busy over this year due to demand placed on them by the OEM's and this is set to continue into next year and beyond, it's an immediate start. A very quick turnaround time and a one interview process so you could start in as little as 2 weeks.
