SUPPLY CHAIN QUALITY ENGINEER - to £30,000 - SOUTH YORKSHIRE

Are you a SUPPLY CHAIN QUALITY ENGINEER looking to develop your career and deliver improvements within a busy electronic environment at an established, successful and expanding Aerospace company.
Your main tasks would be to
- Be the main point of contact with Suppliers, developing relationships and arranging supplier audits (both in the UK and abroad)
- Identify quality problems and work with Suppliers and Manufacturing to implement robust solutions
- Work to ISO9001
- Understand and implement FAIRS for changes to product / process
- Strong grasp of modern manufacturing techniques (8D, Control plans and SPC)
- Liaison with manufacturing departments
- Production Support
- Supplier Quality Engineering

You should be ideally from a manufacturing background and having experience of delivering quality solutions with electronic engineering products.
