Maintenance Shift Technician (Electrically biased)

Our client is one of the UK`s leading food producers, they’ve grown to become one of the largest and most technologically advanced manufacturers globally. Due to their continued success and ever increasing workloads they require an experienced Electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance engineer.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be tasked with the delivery of planned preventive maintenance and quickly responding to machinery breakdowns within a high-speed food production environment.
Ideally applicants will be apprenticed trained with recognised qualifications in Electrical and Mechanical engineering, including 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations. They will be able to demonstrate good fault finding skills on PLC/Scada Systems and previous experience working within a highly pressurised FMCG sector. Candiates should be well versed in Siemens S5/S7 and Microprocessors.
The role operates over a rotating shift system (8am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm) and offers an annual salary of £30,000 plus benefits including paid overtime, pension and rewards scheme..
