We are seeking to appoint a Call Centre Support and Administrator on a ongoing contract based in Leicester.

As Call Centre Support and Administrator in this dealer facing role you will be the main point of contact for customers in co-ordinating the search for parts, communicating the supply chain status and tracking parts with estimated time of arrival to the customer with a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure customers are updated with a real time status within 48 hours of receipt of the request.
* Provide end to end tracking for sourcing to supply.
* Providing the customer with real time updates urgency being key.
* Work with the supply chaser, to obtain updates
* To provide twice weekly market reports and statistical activity
* Identify process improvements and work alongside the team leader to implement.

Skills and Experience Required:
* Have Understanding of Automotive aftermarket processes and functions.
* Have strong customer focus and have an understanding of dealer customer / dealer networks and parts ordering.
* Possess the Ability to identify solutions for customers and have excellent problem solving skills.
* Must be well-developed written and oral communication skills.
* Have the Ability to manage and work effectively with team and internal support departments.
* Must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills, self motivated, methodical, flexible and a team player, this individual must work with a sense of urgency and track issues through to resolution.
