Jonathan Lee Recruitment, one of the leading privately owned specialist recruitment consultancies in the UK are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Process Engineering team based in Basildon, Essex.

We offer a wide range of services to the manufacturing and engineering industries including, Permanent Recruitment, Executive Search and Selection, Managed Services / Outsourcing, Retained / Advertised Assignment, Register Search, Contract / Interim Recruitment and HR Consultancy.

Working as part of a small but established team, you will be supporting a Senior Recruitment Consultant with contract and permanent recruitment opportunities in the Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Instrument & Controls, Pharmaceutical Validation and Process Engineering sectors.

Preferred applications are invited from either experienced Recruitment Consultants or Engineers who would like a career in the Recruitment sector.

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record of success in a target-driven role, ideally within a recruitment sales environment. You will have the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients and therefore will possess strong negotiation skills. You will need to hit the ground running and be a motivated self-starter while excelling in all aspects of the recruitment cycle.
