Our client with manufacturing based in China, r head office located in the UK, and regional offices in France and the USA, is a world class manufacturer and supplier of premium decorative trim components to the global Automotive Industry.
Using primarily real wood veneers, we also utilise carbon fibre and other luxury materials to create our range of finishes.
They are currently looking for a Quality Manager to work out of the West Midlands.
The Quality Manager will define quality procedures in conjunction with all relevant personnel, setting appropriate objectives and targets to ensure compliance and achievement at all times.
Will set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, working constantly with production and engineering staff to ensure that product leaving the Plant meets specifications of the company and its customers.
Will establish and implement agreed standards of service for customers or clients.
Will liaise with customer representatives ensuring standards of service and corrective actions as required are implemented promptly.

Also will identify quality-related training needs for all Lawrence employees and establish appropriate training methodology.
To collate, analyse and report on Internal and External performance data against defined standards.
To line manage the quality and environmental employees at all times, ensuring all agreed processes and tasks are carried out correctly. To bring together staff of different disciplines to drive the Company to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality and environmental procedures.
To generate technical and managerial system reports
A practical background in a similar role, preferably in an Automotive Supply environment.
Educated to degree level.
Experienced in the use of 8D, 6 Sigma and Lean manufacturing practices.
Competent and demonstrable use of all MS Office programmes.
Demonstrable experience of well-honed communication and leadership skills.
