As STA Programme and Resident Manager at Jaguar Land Rover you will be an integral part of the STA function that is responsible for the capacity and quality performance of all new product and current vehicle suppliers and performs an important role within the Purchasing Department.

STA Programme and Resident Manager supports new programmes under development, including planning, reporting and efficient utilization of programme resources. An integrated part of the role is communicating strategy for implementation of supplier quality methods such as APQP, PSW Planning and Flawless Launch to the Programme Teams and supply base. Provide support to plant for resolution of critical current vehicle concerns or supplier performance issues.

The Programme and Resident STA Manager works in the Purchasing department and is mainly involved in new programme initiatives.

The STA Programme and Resident Manager`s main tasks include:

- Sourcing, High Impact, JLRQ
- Communicating Programme Requirements
- APQP Status Review, Program Team Support, PPAP Disposition/Status
- Changes in Program Deliverables
- Quality Resolution, Flawless Launch, Assembly Plant Launch Support, Lessons Learned Best Practices
- Lead/Co-ordinate Programme and Resident STA Engineers
