Jonathan Lee Recruitment, one of the leading privately owned specialist recruitment consultancies in the UK are looking for an Engineering Consultant to join their Engineering Recruitment team based in Basildon, Essex.

We offer a wide range of services to the Engineering and Technical industries including Contract Recruitment, Permanent Recruitment, Executive Search and Selection, Managed Services / Outsourcing, Retained / Advertised Assignment, Register Search, Contract / Interim Recruitment and HR Consultancy.

Working as part of a small but established team, you will be supporting a Senior Recruitment Consultant with contract and permanent recruitment activities in the Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Instrument & Controls, Pharmaceutical and Process Engineering sectors.

Applications are preferred from candidates who have a background in Engineering or a Technical discipline and would like to work in the Recruitment industry. We would consider an experienced Recruitment person who has/would like to work within the Engineering sector.

The core experience required for this role are good negotiation skills, a customer orientated business focus, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work on your own initiative along with being a good team member.

• Salary range: £23,000 to £28,000 – will consider higher
