The client assembles and supplies Interior and Exterior Trims worldwide to the Automotive OEM`s sector. They are currently seeking a Paint Process Technical Leader to support all operational needs.
The purpose of the role is to monitor and coordinate the Paint Process Technical function in atimely manner to support the manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will be able to coach and mentor employess and support businees goals and objectives.
Must have awareness of paint process KOI/KPI and proven ability for gathering presenting and interpreting data.
Knowledge of JIT,TS16949 and working in a similar Automotive Environment would be an advantage.
Programming of Robot plc controls and previous knowledge in Paint application techniques and requirements.
