Reporting to the Engineering and Quality Director with responsibility for a team of engineers and technicians ensuring the quality of the product.

Determine the quality strategy and objectives for the business. Candidates should be excellent communicators and have experience of managing within the automotive sector. Be able to organise and plan the quality function.

Manage a quality department with a first tier automotive supplier, organise and motivate the team, Determine the quality strategy with the plant, customers and suppliers.
