This global leader engineers and manufactures complex mechanical systems for civil and defence programmes. A new opportunity has arisen for a permanent Process Capability Lead based in Wolverhampton or France.
A key leader in the journey towards perfect quality, with specific focus on defining, leading and delivering the Process Excellence strategy. You will define and communicate the process excellence journey as part of the operational excellence strategy. You will introduce a 6 sigma culture. You will develop a thriving process improvement community that will combine lean expertise with 6 sigma to continuously aim at perfect quality. You will train, mentor and coach 6 sigma process improvement projects sponsors, Black Belts and Green Belts. You will co-ordinate process improvement projects from identification to delivery through effective management of governance process.
Degree qualified in an appropriate discipline (engineering / science / technology / quality), you will have extensive experience in production, quality, engineering with significant experience in delivering and coaching 6 sigma project improvements. 6 Sigma Master Black Belt accredited or near accreditation. You will have the ability to train, coach and mentor at all levels of the organisation with the ability to lead major projects or several smaller projects simultaneously. Your quality experience could be in aerospace,automotive,medical, pharmaceutical or a precision engineering sector.
