Our client is a leading prestige automotive manufacturer and requires a HR Management Specialist. Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to given functions/technologies in a proactive and strategic manner.
Managing and resolving conflicts in line with business requirements and employment legislation in area of responsibility.
Working along side the customers to ensure strategic influence on department and business performance/strategy.
Formulation of target-group specific operating agreements (working time, pay scales / systems, flexibility policies, leaving regulations)
Formulation of fundamental HR policies and procedures for a given area (e.g., personnel development models)
Cooperation in division-wide project groups (e.g., e-HR)
Project management skills (2)
German language ideal (1)
Ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts (3)
Highly developed communication skills (3)
Considerable business related experience required (3)

Employment law (3)
Highly developed ability to prioritise, assert and make decisions (3)
Experience of dealing with Company Councils (3)
High level presentation, negotiation and influencing skills (3)
Understanding of MS Office and relevant IT systems (2)
Qualified to NVQ Level 5 or equivalent (e.g. Degree, Membership of Chartered Institution) preferably in an HR / Business Management related
