Key Account Manger

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with relevant experience in account management
to join our successful and expanding company. Based at our site in Rugby your primary activities will be to manage a
selection of high revenue key accounts from order receipt through to finished goods shipment.
You will be the link between the client and our company, anticipating and understanding the client`s specific needs and
offering solutions. The solutions could be in the form of service, information or product related. You will be responsible for
providing excellent customer service without compromising the best interests of the Company. Your goal is to create
credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships and earn the client`s trust.You will be working as part of a team in a busy environment so the ability to work under pressure is essential.
Create and manage daily production requirements from the customer to ensure demands are met
Create and manage purchasing requirements
Interface between Commercial and Production areas to facilitate On Time In Full to achieve targets and K.P.I s
To expedite orders through all manufacturing processes
Communicating, supporting, and managing your portfolio of key clients and contracts
Sheet metal experience would be a bonus,
