We are recruiting for a Customer Services Manager on a permanent basis in Leicester.
An exciting high profile position has arisen for a Customer Services Manager. You will be a key contact for one of our client`s customers. Tasked with the responsibility of leading and managing a well-established customer service team of 10. In addition, you will responsible for all aspects of customer service activities, including developing and maintaining relationships with their global Dealer network, along with resolving dealer issues.

Key responsibilies:
* To ensure that client service levels and performance targets are met.
* Responsible for monitoring and reporting team performance levels using their Methodologies.
* Developing and defining new and existing processes to improve customer service levels.
* Develops creative solutions and manages the implementation of improvement projects
* Presents project work, recommendations and performance results to relevant internal and external parties.
* Provides support, guidance and leadership to the team. Involved with recruitment, training and development of staff.
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience of managing a well established diverse team and strong leadership skills are essential
* Proven experience in implement change within a diverse team
* Must be highly self-motivated with strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Good decision-making and project improvement processing skills.
* A good knowledge of distribution/warehouse operations and end-to-end supply chain experience.
* Must have a good knowledge of dealer/customer network, parts order processing and Customer Services. Excellent problem solving skills to identify solutions for customer and resolve internal issues.
* Experience in a client-facing role is essential, along with a strong commercial awareness.
* Require strong analytical and PC skills including use of Excel and Access.
* Ability to analyse information and recommend solutions.
