Skills required:
*Attribute management and cascade
* PALS target setting/benchmarking co-ordination
*Develop and realign programme activities within cycle plan principles
*PC skills including MS *Project/Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Presentation skills
Project management skills required
Educated to a minimum of degree level
