The company currently supplies electronic systems to the aerospace industry for both civil and defence applications. It now has an opportunity for a Learning Co-ordinator to work on a 12 month fixed contract (may possibly become a permanent role). This position requires someone will excellent demonstration of coordinating skills in previous roles and experience within training would be ideal.
The role is responsible for overseeing admin of training courses/classes for the site and ensuring they take place in a smooth fashion. You will manage and maintain the training tools, implement process and drive process improvement, being the point of contact and liaison for professional training. You will also coordinate and respond to questions from UK HRM`s and Line Managers and deal efficiently with any ad hoc requests in connection with training. You will provide direction to the internal customer base and must gain a deep knowledge of learning processes and classes for managers and HR.
You must be degree qualified- any kind of business degree will be considered. You must also be a people person with a professional tone - able to be forceful with line managers and follow up when no first response in a persuasive manner. Additionally, you must be adaptable in order to deal with all different types of managers.
