Our client is a leading prestige automotive manufacturer and is looking to recruit an Occupational Health Specialist to their facility in Oxford to provide guidance and advice on Occupational Health strategy and direction across the site.
Key Skills:
The proposed role would not only require some level of occupational health knowledge, ideally within a manufacturing environment but also include;
1. Project management skills.
Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful project implementation in an occupational health and or business environment.
2. A good working knowledge of both current employment law, and health and safety legislation (ISO 18001).
Should be able to manage and create internal processes including the development of new and existing service lines, review content specification for all clinical literature. Development of clinical policies as a framework for the treatment and first aid teams to work within.
Liaison with the lead OHA and physician (if necessary) regarding clinical development strategy of the First aid policy.
