Designers and manufacturers of Ruggedized Equipment since 1975, the company has developed a range of products specifically designed for use in areas where harsh environmental conditions prevail and where there is a risk of explosion due to the presence of flammable atmospheres.

They are looking for a Team Leader will have a hands -on leadership role over a small team of 3 or 4 team members, ensuring all products are properly scheduled for paint spraying and staff are all aware of schedules and requirements

• Candidates must be able to contribute to ongoing Continuous Improvement activities at both an individual and team level.
• Candidates must also be capable of clearly delegating tasks and schedules and obtaining Team Members buy-in to the process.
• Processes will include Wet Spray applications, 2 pack Paint Systems, Water and Solvent based paints.
  
  Applicants need to be experienced in:
• Paint Systems and their technology
• Have knowledge and experience of Mix Ratios and an understanding of viscosity requirements and timings using calibrated cups.
• Use of HVLP pump and conventional equipment
  
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal will be required.
• You will be able to demonstrate strong decision-making skills as well as leadership and team- working skills.
• You will also be able to demonstrate good organisational skills as well as showing evidence of producing and maintaining high quality standards under pressure
