This is a really varied and very interestring role; essentially the role is to work in tandem with various teams to isolate trrends in machine failures. You`ll be responsible for analysing the failures for the prioducts in warranty thorugh liaison with customers and responding to enquireies. It is essential that you feel happy chatting to people and building effective working relationships.
After analysing the trends of the failures, you will be offering ways of preventing similar failures in the future, thus streamlining the operation of the firm.
You don`t have to be from an Engineering environment (business or banking analysts would be suitable) but you must be capavble of working iwith customers and engineers to formulate action plans and solutions to ongoing problems after analysis.
