An EMS Calibration Engineer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in the West Midlands.
Description
Part of a global organisation, this well established manufacturer of luxury vehicles is currently enjoying success within the market place. They have invested over £200m in new equipment and are at the forefront of modern manufacturing practices.
Job Requirements
Position Description:
EMS Calibration Engineer in line with department growth curve.
Skills Required:
•Successful delivery of at least 1 previous full engine calibration project to meet whole world requirements for a major OEM or supplier
•Proven project time line management
•Working knowledge of base engine calibration to include, but not limited to, ignition, fuelling, VVT and knock
•Working knowledge on use of INCA, Matlab, Excel, Word, Project and Access
•Working knowledge of the Bosch engine management system

Experience Required:
Successful delivery of at least 1 previous full engine calibration project to meet whole world requirements for a major OEM or supplier.
Education Required:
Ideally to Engineering degree, although suitable experience will be considered.
