Our client is a leading independent provider of product engineering, research, testing information and certification to the worldwide automotive industry and is based in Warwickshire.
This is a key role within the Department. Providing not only the reception function to a busy Personnel/HR function, but also holding responsibility for all recruitment administration for a business which is currently undertaking large scale recruitment. Provision of PA duties to the Senior Manager, Personnel and Security provides involvement with a range of highly confidential matters across the Personnel and Security Group.
Looking for someone who s had PA experience and worked within a human resources function with recruitment administration experience.
- PA to Senior Manager – Personnel & Security
- Management of a very busy diary
- Liaison with colleagues to prioritise meetings and manage diary clashes
- Meeting minutes on an adhoc basis
- Small research projects, generally internet based
- Occasional meeting attendance as deputy for Senior Manager
- Recruitment Administration
- Arrangements of recruitment adverts
- Upload of vacancies to MIRA web-site
- Processing of all incoming recruitment applications
- Interview arrangements
- Correspondence with applicants
- Liaison with recruitment suppliers
- Departmental Finance Tasks
- Raising of Purchase Orders
- Processing of Good Received Notes
- Weekly feedback to Finance Department regarding status of orders
- Reception Provision for the Personnel Department
- Direct all visitors to relevant staff members
- Provision of refreshments for meetings
- Maintenance of drinks area & stock levels
- Responsibility to ensure main office area is tidy & looks professional
