Test and Measurement Engineer

A leading manufacture of electronic facia instruments for major automotive OEMs has a new opportunity for a Test and Measurement Engineer-Electronics. This position could also be called Test Engineer. This role is commutable of Bromsgrove, Birmingham and Redditch.
You will support development of all test and measurement activities and produce test specs. You will understand technical drawings and specs and translate these into test solutions.
You will have knowledge of PCB test techniques and preferably software techniques for automation and test. Ideally you will have experience of deploying automated test equipment in a volume production environment. PCB test techniques such as AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) or ICT(In-circuit test) would be useful.
