Paint Process Engineer

A leading injection moulding firm supplying the automotive OEM companies with exterior trim and part of a large global group.
They are looking for a person to manage and develop the technical team in relation to the paint line wet paint process. There is a heavy continuous improvement aspect to the role with the aim to reduce CNQ losses, operating within the allotted budgets and reducing costs.
You must have experience of performing a similar task within a paint shop at supervisory or management levels. Leading a team is of particular relevance for this role as is experience from the Automotive sector and working to TS standards.
Any experience of leading NPI would be really useful as would customer liaison particularly a design or earlier implementation phase.
It`s a permanent role with an immediate start in the new year; salary is to be discussed at submission stage. A varied opportunity within a very busy firm that can offer several different options for career progression.
