To strengthen its activity in Germany, our client is seeking a Head of Sales for Germany. Reporting to the VP Global Services Europe, its mission is to sell projects to companies in aerospace, automotive and heavy machinery sectors. The role will be mainly based in Germany and can be home based there or at the company`s offices in Stuttgart.

You will be required to detect needs very early in prospect / clients and develop the business strategy, identify and respond to bids based on a multidisciplinary and international team, undertake contract negotiation, follow-up offers and projects being carried out until customer reception, participate in trade fairs and ensure that annual sales plan targets are achieved.

Our client is looking ideally for engineers with experience of at least 10 years in sales, customer relations for complex services or technics. A plus would be experience in selling engineering services. The working languages are English and German, which must be mastered to a high level both written and oral.
