Instruments Engineer

£20k - 30k per year + + overtime
My client a leading manufacturing company based in Sheffield. The company supplies precision components and assemblies to the aerospace, power generation, speciality automotive and oil and gas industries
My client require an experienced Electrical Engineer due to continued growth of the company.
Candidates should have experience of working in a hot metal manufacturing environment ideally from a heavy engineering background.
Will be responsible for determining the nature of any faults, and dealing with breakdowns and problems.
Responsible for instrument calibration and repair
Will be involved in project work for any new equipment
Key skills and experience
Candidates should be qualified to NVQ 3 or HND in Electrical Engineering or related discpline or have relevant work experience
Candidates should have experience of working with furnaces and control instrumentation
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environments with NADCAP specifications
Previous experience from Heavy engineering metal manufacturing environment prefered
