A Project Engineer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Dunton, Essex.

Description
Project Engineer: Develop, document, and execute facility & portable instrumentation calibration processes & procedures; maintain calibration records. Provide day-to-day technical support for facility & portable instrumentation set-up and problem resolution. Specify, develop, and implement, new or modified test equipment & measurement systems. Prepare instrumentation, equipment, and plant layout drawings on AutoCAD. Assist in resolution of day-to-day plant & equipment operational problems.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Knowledge of plant engineering/facility maintenance, process controls, and test measurement systems. Competent AutoCAD user. Good MS Office skills. Able to produce clear concise documentation.

Details
Experience Required:
Experience in plant engineering/facility maintenance, process control & test measurement systems.

Experience Preferred:
Experience in an automotive testing environment.

Education Required:
Degree in mechanical engineering; electrical/electronic or instrumentation degree considered. HNC/HND considered.
