Chassis Quality Techinical Analyst

This role is to provide Technical Analyst assistance to the Six Sigma MBB and Quality manager in achieving Chassis quality metric objectives. The role will entail Technical administration activities including,
- Ownership and update of website development in conjunction with Quality team
- Provide liaison within and between other Centre of Competences (CoC"s) on operational excellence best practices synergies
- Support Chassis Quality team with project selection and scoping tools
- Support Chassis with Ad hoc administration assistance
- Support Chassis quality team with ad hoc data manipulation/analysis/support
- Work with Green Belts, Black Belts within Chassis Engineering to maximize organisational understanding of robust problem solving processes

Skills Required:
Must be a good team player with the ability to work with teams at all levels of the organisation. Must possess Sharepoint/Google sites manipulation skills. Must have good verbal and written communication skills to report issues across all levels. The ability to manage complex issues is essential to balance the conflicting needs of the business within project timing constraints. Must demonstrate proactive, delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines. Must be confident in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel manipulation abilities

Skills Preferred:
Must also have knowledge of OEM systems Microsoft Office / AWS / WERS / eFDVS / CORA /GPIRS / 6 Sigma or 8D

Experience Required:
A working knowledge of engineering disciplines, Quality processes and procedures and a demonstrable knowledge of relevant Chassis systems and components is desirable.

Education Required:
Engineering Degree

Education Preferred:
6 Sigma Green belt or Black belt certified
