To manage a team of operators involved in the assembly of vehicles on a shift bases with the support of engineering and quality. Candidates should be people managers with at least two years experience of operating in a fast moving production environment. Ideally with a degree or willing to study towards a higher qualification. Prospects are excellent for the long-term.
