Design Engineer (Contract)
A leading automotive company based in London requires a Design Engineer (Powertrain). This is a 6 months contract. Must have the ability to hit the ground running, preferably with experience of Solidworks.
The company is a world leader in the innovation, design and manufacture of Diesel Fuel Injection equipment. The Design Engineer will be responsible for the specification of diesel fuel injection equipment for the Heavy Duty Business.
Candidates should possess experience of the following:-
Powertrain component design
High pressure pumps design
Driveshafts and bearings design and specification
High stress / high fatigue component design
Must have very good drafting skills.
