Xtrac Ltd is a world leading supplier of high performance transmissions, they require a Graduate Business Manager to manage designated Automotive and Engineering customer orders and projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that for over two decades has ensured that customers from all sectors meet, or even exceed, their targets by drawing on their unique blend of design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities. Specialising in Transmission Technology, supplying the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Marine and Motor Sports Sectors.

The Graduate Business Manager duties will inclusde:
Establish, maintain and manage a strong working relationship with new and existing customers, at all levels. Manage inventory for project, to ensure customer requirements and commercial needs. Provide to the customer technical documentation to include parts lists, manuals, technical bulletins and assembly drawings, where appropriate. Manage customer projects throughout the business in a co-ordinated, focused, structured and well controlled manner. Build and develop relationships internally with other members of the Project Team, in particular Manufacturing Project Managers and Design and Engineering Liaise with the Stores Department to despatch assemblies and components, to include the method of despatch. Liaise with the Accounts Department and the Customer to ensure that the account is kept up to date, and within agreed credit limits

The successful applicant will be a student of Aeronautical, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or similar degree, currently in their final year of study or recently graduated. Ideally with experience of customer management, commercial and project management you must have excellent organisational skills, able to work to tight deadlines and be able to build strong working relationships with a flexible approach to work.
