We are recruiting for a HEAD OF ENGINEERING to lead the Engineering Services and develop the Engineering strategy from the group Technical centre in Lancashire.

Job Requirements
We are recruiting for a HEAD OF ENGINEERING to lead the Engineering Services Function for the Group, delivering competitive and innovative manufacturing solutions to shape the strategy to deliver World Class Engineering capability and having the autonomy to take significant decisions to mould the future of the business. You will be part of an ambitious, results focused, dynamic and energetic leadership team who are bringing profitable growth across the entire group. Ideally you will be a charismatic, credible professional. Passionate about manufacturing with a proven background nurturing key business relationships with Customers and Suppliers.
Details: Degree qualified with (Ideally) post-graduate / professional qualifications and having well established relationships with academic groups / institutions. This position is commutable from Burnley, Blackburn, Preston, Manchester, Liverpool, West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
