Investigate claims for missing, damaged or wrongly shipped parts
Develop modifications to packaging specs
Develop packaging quality / process improvements
Provide first point of contact IT support
Investigate `child` part procurement
Support review meetings with customer territories
Education to degree level preferred
Hours are 7.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.
Overseas travel to India and other territories will be required
