Our client is a market leader in the design and manufacture of percussion driven earth anchoring products. A new Sales Manger position exists as part of its expansion programme. Based in Surrey as Sales Manager-Special Products you will be responsible for developing and strengthening new sales opportunities in the UK. As a result, the role will require considerable travel and a flexible approach to work.
You will be required to plan and prioritise personal sales activities with existing and prospective customers towards achieving agreed business objectives, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity and maintain and develop existing and new customers through accurate quotations and ethical sales methods, collaborating with others effectively to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
You will be a team player who is ready for the challenge to help develop the business in line with ambitious growth targets. The successful candidate will be extremely proactive in their approach and able to demonstrate a proven track record in Sales and Management. Individual personal skills required include an ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal including presentation skills), influential and persuasive, be able to work independently under pressure and also collaborate with others when required.
