Systems Engineer - Intelligent Transport Systems

The World`s largest supplier of essential components and systems for automobiles, including air conditioners, fuel injection systems, alternators, meters and filters among others is looking to recruit a Systems Engineer.
Main aspects of the role:
Support DENSO Sales UK Ltd - ITS and our customers to develop and produce in-vehicle Infotainment system.
Testing prototype and production components, occasionally attending international conferences or workshops.
Identify design and implementation issues, propose and gain approval for countermeasures; identify and propose future strategic options for technology, services, and products.
Technical support for Infotainment, especially issue investigation / resolution, including quality response.
Personal Requirements:
Mechatronics, electronics, systems or related engineering degree or equivalent experience. Specific training in systems design/integration would be desirable.
Knowledge of specific technical tools such as Canalyzer, Canoe, DOORS, ClearCase, Matlab etc. is desirable.
Analytical approach to problems, data analysis with ability to use information to build and present a point of view.
Approximately 30%-50% of your typical week will be at the customer`s site, and you will occasionally travel to other DENSO offices, therefore a full driving license and ability to travel within the EU at short notice is required.
