Working out of its offices in Staffordshire they are currently seeking a Quality Technician with Laboratory, Metrology and Warranty experience.
You will manage the test and validation resources of the company, including scheduling and completing tests and measurements. You will maintain and ensure the appropriate calibration of checking, inspection and measuring equipment used within the company. You will be responsible for the management of customer and supplier master samples by registration, location and maintaining the original signed off conditions. In conjunction with quality department and customer division engineers, coordinate the analysis of all warranty returns from customers including reporting under the customer specified system, ensuring all liabilities for the client are minimised. You will support production in management of quality issues reported by customers.
HNC Computer Aided Design, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook and at least 3 years experience in a similar environment.
