Leader in the field manufacturing high quality durable products to the domestic and industrial market with an excellent reputation for delivery and quality. All products are bespoke and processes include GRP, plastic, foam, wood and final assembly. They are profitable and keen to invest in plant and people and are planning for volume growth during 2012 based on cost and quality.
Manage a team of 10 people and a purchasing budget of 8.5 million per annum with responsibility for stores, planning and transport both internal and external. Main focus will be on reducing in bound supply chain costs, ensure accurate physical and systems inventory records. Establish optimum inventory levels and manage effective materials supply.
Manage a team delivering materials to facilitate production while maintaining optimum inventory levels. Manage a procurement budget of 8.5m per annum.
