Part of a global organisation, this well established manufacturer of luxury vehicles is currently enjoying success within the market place. They have invested over £200m in new equipment and are at the forefront of modern manufacturing practices.
We are recruiting for a Trim and Final Process Engineer on a 12-month contract basis in Coventry.
As Trim and Final Process Engineer, you will plan, develop and implement all written processes for manufacturing plus:
* Supplier selection and vendor management
* Feasibility of all designs to suit manufacturing build requirements.
* Planning, developing and implementation of all tooling, jigs and fixtures for manufacturing, for new model introduction and model year changes.
* Process capability of all processes and equipment, including Dimensional Management applications.
Other skills required include:
* Ensure team adherence to ISR deliverables
* Manage technical issues and escalate where appropriate
* Attend programme meetings at all levels and present where applicable.
Applicants are required to have knowledge of GSPAS and WERS applications along with manufacturing experience particularly in a Trim and Final environment.
You must be educated to HNC/HND or relevant Manufacturing Engineering degree.
