Job Requirements
OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
Provide front line maintenance and support to our client's operational requirements, ensuring a consistent environment within the building.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for undertaking various building maintenance tasks and emergency repairs. You will provide assistance to the Facilities Manger in the management of the specialist service suppliers and provide holiday cover. Undertake electrical installations and assist in machine moves. Provide first line machine breakdown fault investigation & repair.

SKILLS / ABILITIES:
oYou will need to be able to work independently
oGood communication skills
oIT literate
oMulti-skilled

Details
Knowledge:
oLV Distribution systems - single and three phase
oLighting and controls systems
oTrend building management systems (desirable)
oFan coil system controls – Honeywell (desirable)
oCNC Machine electrical safety interlocks (desirable)

Experience:
oFault investigation and rectification
oInstallation works
oCommercial building maintenance
oEngineering CNC machine maintenance experience

Education, Qualifications and Training:
oCity & Guilds Electrical Installations part 1&2
oCity & Guilds 17th edition
oCity & Guilds 2391 (Certificate in Inspection, Testing and Verification of Electrical Installations)
oTime Served Electrical Apprenticeship (desirable)
oCity & Guilds, ONC or HNC (desirable)
