As an experienced Manufacturing Manageryou`ll lead all aspects of manufacturing activity with full accountability for ensuring that agreed current and future safety, customer quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements are met for the designated commodity throughout the product life cycle.
- Deliver products / services committed to the customer at the right time, cost, quality and responsiveness to support their plans
- Enforce Company Health, Safety and Environment policy
- Lead and empower a cross functional team to achieve the overall objectives and mutual achievement of common goals to deliver products / services committed to the customer at the right time, cost, quality and responsiveness to support their plans
- Understands the technical and legislative elements associated with the area of responsibility and takes part in internal and external audits.
- Ensures consistent performance governance across the area of responsibility utilizing the standard tools, KPI`s and processes to ensure that committed goals and improvements are achieved
- Ensures that staff are appropriately trained to carry out their roles effectively and are developed for future requirements using the company standard processes and tools
- Creates the environment for continuous improvement with the emphasis on sharing and searching for best practice with other business areas
